Facilities are also available for the repaire of herniae using keyhole surgical methods.

The hospital has facilities to investigate, using dedicated highly accurate tests, diagnose and treat all forms of Thyroid diseases, Some of which will need only oral medication, Whereas some of the others need major surgery. patients undergoing even the most major form of Thyroid surgery are usually home within 48 hours of the surgery

At this clinic, we correct deformities of the hand caused by various factors like trauma polio, leprosy, neuro problems, cancer, etc and also congenital malformations. The treatment regime includes surgery, physiotherapy and orthotics and prosthetic therapy. The hand clinic team comprises Orthopedic Surgeons, Pthysiotherapist, Orthotic Engineer and Technician, trained Nurses and Social Workers. The clinic also aims at creating awareness among the masses about

- Package II: Includes a detailed Opthalmic examination in addition to the investigations in package I.
- Package III: Includes cardiology consultation and Computerised Tread Mill Test in addition to package items.

| Pain and Palliative Clinic |
Pain and Palliative care has emerged as a separate medical speciality and our hospital runs a clinic to provide relief to terminally ill patients. Majority of patients coming to the clinic are cancer patients. The clinic functions on Mondays and Thursdays from 2.00 pm to 4.00 pm. There is a docter-in-charge assisted by a nurse, social worker and a nursing assistant. Patients needing intensive care or surgery are admitted in the wards and a number of cases are undertaken at subsidised rates. The service being provided at the clinic is free of charges and free medicines are also dispensed at the clinic. A society styled as Little Flower Pain and Palliative Case Society has been formed in association with the Kerala Action Force to mobilise funds and organise vilunteer groups.

The hospital is a designated Microscopy and Treatment centre of the Revised National Tuberculosis ControlProgramme of the Government of India.The clinic functions on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 9.00 am to 11.30 am. Free medicines are dispensed at the clinic under the DOTS ( Directly Observed Treatment Short Cours ) strategy
